Registration Information
Every accepted paper must have at least one full registration. Thanks for your cooperation.
1. Full registration includes:
Publication of one accepted paper in the main conference or workshop/symposium proceedings
A copy of the main conference or workshop/symposium proceedings volume in which the paper appears
Access to all conference sessions and workshops
Lunch, banquet and reception
One day post-conference city tour on September 28, 2008
Program brochure and conference goodies (e.g., bags/paper/pens)
2. Registration fees:
The deadline for the registration is July 4, 2008. Please note that if your payment is not received by that date, the paper will be removed from the main conference or workshop/symposium proceedings. This deadline will be strictly enforced. The fee for one extra page is US$100 (RMB700) and the price for one extra proceedings is US$70 (RMB500).

For the registration for IEEE (student) member, the IEEE membership number must be included in the registration form. For the registration for IEEE student member and Student Non-Member, the first author must be a student.
Similarly, in order to qualify for the student reduced registration fee, proof of current student status (e.g., current Student ID or other proof of current enrollment) must be e-mailed (as an attached scanned image or pdf file) to hpcc2008@gmail.com and yanming.shen@gmail.com. Please note that both current IEEE membership and student status will be verified.
3. NOTE
If you register for workshops, you are not sure about the workshop names and paper IDs, please refer to this page (http://hpcc08.dlut.edu.cn/Paperaccepted.html) for all workshop names and corresponding accepted IDs to be used in the registration form. For example, you find your paper ID at SNES08 accepted list as 112, please use the conference name as "SNES08", then fill in "112" as the paper ID on the registration form. Any incorrect use will lead to the registration failure.
When you register for main conference or workshop/symposium, please avoid using ' in your affiliation, University or title etc, since it has been pre-defined as a system symbol. It will lead the registration failure.
4. PAYMENT METHOD:
(For RMB, you can use bank transfer or post. For USD, you can use credit card or bank transfer.)
- Bank Transfer：
Please refer to the registration form for detailed information.
For bank transfer, the author must pay an extra bank fee, as well as the fees from your local bank in order to process the bank transfer. Therefore, please make sure that the net amount that is transferred to the above account is no less than the required registration fee. In this case, we strongly suggest you to use credit card payment. If you have to do so, after bank transfer, please include the required letter with your bank transfer indicating the name of your conference/workshop/symposium and your paper ID (if applicable). Please send the scanned copy of the bank transfer receipt to hpcc2008@gmail.com and yanming.shen@gmail.com by email with the name of your conference/workshop/symposium and your paper ID (if applicable). We will confirm your payment based on your scanned letter and receipt. The bank transfer information is as follows:

If you are paying with credit cards, Payal does have a different sending limit for different countries/regions. If you would like to pay for more papers and have reached the limits, please either change a different credit card or use the bank transfer instead. Based on one author's experience, some additional fees may be charged from the author's side if the American Express card is used, but not for VISA and Mastercard.
5. The hard copy registration receipts and the proceedings can only be picked up at the conference.
